SWAB TESTS

Many food poisoning outbreaks are caused by poor hygiene practices.

Swab testing can be carried out to detect microscopic organisims which, if left, could multiply to unacceptable levels.

Some of these organisims may be pathogenic and possibly cause food poisoning.

The results of the swab tests can be used to aid training in the procedures used during cleaning and support your ‘due diligence’ records.
